them due to circumstances that are beyond our control.

The Dome @ Gua Musang does not in any position to guarantee the Guests’ safety against events including
and not limited to accidents, personal injuries, death or default caused by third parties, act of God, flood, theft,
or acts of negligence. All activities have inherent risks to health and safety and The Dome @ Gua Musang will
not be responsible for any eventualities related to any facilities, activities or services booked and provided via
this website.

The Dome @ Gua Musang reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused
by accidental, deliberate, negligence or reckless act of the guest to The Dome @ Gua Musang’s property or
structure.

The Dome @ Gua Musang shall not be liable for the loss of money or other personal valuables during your
stay.

The following items are not permitted in The Dome @ Gua Musang premises:
∙Flammable, explosive or other hazardous materials.
∙Objects emitting a foul odour.
∙Unregistered firearms or other weapons.
∙Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities.
∙Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts.
∙Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Malaysia.
